— 01 WHAT THIS IS
speakshot is a pro mobile camera + voice-tracking teleprompter built by openclaw. you sign up, you get access to the web teleprompter, mobile apps when they ship, and cloud script sync.
— 02 YOUR ACCOUNT
one account per real human. you are responsible for what happens under your account. don't share login links. if the link gets compromised, we'll help you reset.
— 03 ACCEPTABLE USE
don't use speakshot to harm, deceive, defraud, or infringe on others. don't reverse-engineer the app. don't scrape user data. don't try to break the speech recognition for someone else's prompter.
— 04 BILLING
pricing is $9.99/mo or $99/yr after a 7-day free trial. cancel anytime in settings. no refunds on partial periods — but if something is genuinely broken, email us and we'll figure it out.
— 05 OWNERSHIP
your scripts are yours. we don't claim ownership of anything you write. we license speakshot to you; you license your scripts to remain yours.
— 06 NO WARRANTY
we ship as-is. voice-tracking is real but imperfect. battery + microphone + accent quality affect results. if a teleprompter glitches mid-keynote we will feel awful but we cannot promise perfection. test before you film.
— 07 LIABILITY
max liability = whatever you paid us in the last 12 months. probably $99.
— 08 CHANGES
we may update these terms. material changes get an email + 30 days notice. continuing to use the product = accepting the new terms.
